To our friends outside the US: Your orders are welcome. Please contact us first & tell us what you would like to order. We will give you TWO shipping quotes. We use either US Priority or US Express Mail.
We will send you an invoice through Paypal or charge your credit card for the shipping amount you choose The buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes that may arise. RockinRons only charges you for the product & the shipping. We have no control over taxes and we have no idea on how much they might be.
We also have NO CONTROL over the time frame it takes to receive your order. We ship immediately, after that it is in the hands of the Postal system and customs in your country. We will warranty products from buyers outside of the USA. Please understand, if you feel an instrument is defective, you will pay shipping both ways.
RockinRons will have the manufacturer either repair or replace within 30 to 90 days depending on item. Thank you very much. We ship many harmonicas and other instruments all over the world.
